or not.. but in case you dont, copy and paste the following into DBviz and run it, it will count up everything in CHARTER-CATCHER-1 and has a "null" value... this way you dont have to manually count the pitch queue. also when you run the script point it to Vosia DB

not sure if the ticket issue is still ongoing, but I tried closing some tickets but the count down for the SLAs are still going, not sure if this is only affecting tickets that were created before your fix,

or if there new tickets as well. if i get a new ticket ill test it out, just wanted to let you know.
