It's usually not the lunchlady's fault that cafeteria food sucks, it's usually the shitty quality food that schools buy. It costs alot of money to feed 500 kids each day.

It doesn't always depend on cooking skills, it usually depends on the food quality itself. Don't get me wrong, there are some cooks that can transform an actual pile of dog shit into a 5-star meal.
