Bullshit. Not if you're intelligent to realise WHY the mistake was made, and realise that it was because the people involved were trying to take the money but not take the responsibility seriously. That is a harmful behaviour that deserves highlighting. Political Correctness says don't do it. But a problem cannot be solved by pretending it doesn't exist, and people's feelings can be hurt when they deserve it - and boosted ALSO when they deserve THAT, too. Light and Dark, Rough and Smooth.
